The Heisman Trophy finalists have been announced, and Miami quarterback Cam Ward is one of them.
Ward is completing 67.4-percent of his passes for 4,123 yards, 36 touchdowns and seven interceptions this season.
Ward is the first Heisman finalist from Miami since Ken Dorsey and Willis McGahee.
Also named, Colorado wide receiver Travis Hunter, Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty, and Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel.
The Heisman Trophy is given annually to the most outstanding player in college football. This year it will be awarded on Saturday, December 14th in New York.
