Blue Öyster Cult put out another live performance ahead of their new live album! Second Night! Hot Rails to Hell was the big single off their second album Tyranny and Mutation.
Blue Öyster Cult is celebrating their 50th anniversary, with Second Night, on Aug. 9, which features a concert recorded during the band’s three-night stand at Sony Hall in New York. The band performed , "Tyranny and Mutation", in its entirety, along with “Burnin’ For You” and “(Don’t Fear) The Reaper.”
Blue Öyster Cult released a live performance video of “7 Screaming Diz-Busters,” to promote the release, as the Sony Hall concerts saw the band playing their first three albums in their entirety, one each night, so Frontiers Music will release each night separately, with the first being, 50th Anniversary Live – First Night, which featured the band performing their self-titled debut album.
