When influencer, Yeferson Cossio introduced his girlfriend, Carolina Gomez, to his millions of followers, the two received loads of hate for how Gomez looked. Many picked apart her body, accusing her of doing everything from lip fillers to nose jobs. *Gomez says the only thing she's ever had altered is her chest.
When Gomez started being compared to one of those “real dolls,” this gave the couple an idea, and played a trick on his social media followers.
